Patch for Derby-2258 implements the modification required.
This involves correcting the SEARCHABLE values for different data types.
Modified metadata.properties to return appropriate values for LONGVARBINARY, LONGVARCHAR & BLOB. Corresponding to this change, modified the DatabaseMetaDataTest.java to expect the correct values.
