install problemas

Hello
A have some problems when a install apache soap. a get this errors when
a try to connect to rpcrouter. Is anybody have a solution for this
problem?



when i run this list ......a get this errors

 when a try to connect from www aget this errors

Error: 503
Location: /soap/servlet/rpcrouter
