Proxy server help

Hi mike,
I set up the proxy server as mentioned in the
documentation.

I mentioned the protocol, port, domain, method in a
URL Sample in a Simple Controller.

And I attached a proxy server to the work bench. I set
the port to 80 in the proxy server.

I click on the start and I fing the messages
 ....
 ....
Proxy server started on port 80.

I then logged into the appln did a couple of
transactions and hit the stop button.

I did not find any Web Controllers added to my simple
controller. 
Did I miss something here. Please help.
