[jira] [Commented] (BEANUTILS-531) Technical Support Expiration Date

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEANUTILS-531?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16986020#comment-16986020 ]

Melloware commented on BEANUTILS-531:
-------------------------------------

This is an open source project. I don't think Apache ever offers "technical support dates". Since the code is open you are always welcome to fork it and store it with your code repository and build it yourself if you are concerned it will go away?

> Hello,
> I work for a long-term project which requires strong and stable technical support for every software used.
> I want to know how long you are providing technical support for Commons-beanutils 1.8.3.
> Please I appreciate so much that you can give me expiration dates for this software product or expectations of its EOL.
> Thank you!
