[jira] Closed: (IBATIS-272) In com.ibatis.sqlmap.engine.execution.SQLExecutor class, line 390, the "break" should be "return"

Sven Boden closed IBATIS-272:

    Resolution: Duplicate

This is a duplicate of IBATIS-109, which is in SVN since last week.

I would suggest to extract iBATIS from SVN and compile it. If it's not possible I can send you compiled "SVN" version.

> Project: iBatis for Java
> Type: Bug
> Components: SQL Maps
> Versions: 2.1.7
> Environment: DB2 8.2 on Windows, iBATIS 2.1.7, WebSphere 6.0
> Reporter: david zhang
> Assignee: Sven Boden
> Priority: Critical

>
> When connecting to DB2, the DB2 will close the TYPE_FORWARD_ONLY (which is default) ResultSet automatically when reaching the end. So the SQLExecutor handleResults method throws SQLExeption out on line 397 for rs.next().
> However, when line 389 reach the end of resultset, this method should return instead of break the "for" loop and continue to execute, this doesn't make sense.
> So the line 390 should be "return" instead of "break".
