Backup (temporary, put under a temp folder in my home) done.
The /www/pivot.apache.org/ folder is already an svn checkout of https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/pivot/site/trunk/deploy , as you can see from the output of the following command:
smartini@minotaur:/www/pivot.apache.org$ svn info

And If I try to do an svn update I get the following error:

Sorry, what should I do now ?
All files and folders inside have svnwc as owner and group so I can't do so much even for commandi line (removinf files I get a permission denied) ... any Help is (much) appreciated.
I just see that:
smartini@minotaur:/www$ ls -la | grep pivot
drwxr-xr-x 10 svnwc svnwc 26 Feb 16 16:16 pivot.apache.org
while (and tomcat already has the svnpubsub, at least for the distro)
smartini@minotaur:/www$ ls -la | grep tomcat
drwxrwsr-x 20 apbackup tomcat 70 Feb 21 22:45 tomcat.apache.org
So, should someone delete the pivot.apache.org folder and re-create with roght permissions so I can later do the fresh checkout form svn ?
Sorry for all these question, but it's my first time with svnpubsub ...
