Decorators in Themes in 4.0

Are decorators still supported in themes in 4.0? If so, what's the
trigger for making Roller "decorator aware"?

Ugh - that stinks. Is there anything equivalent? Eliminating them
doesn't make Roller very CMS friendly does it? I suppose header, menu
and footer includes is the only other option?

I guess I'll stick with 3.1 for the foreseeable future.
