loading balancing by using virtual topic

i tried to use virtual topic to test load balance feature on topic in the
network of two brokers. the result is not as expected. 
1. the queue (cusumer.*.virtualtopic.*) on the activemq web console has
pending messages all the time even consumer client program has received the
messages. 
2. there are bunch of errors on the broker console windows too.

it has the same issue, wondering if virtual topic feature is available for
use now?
