[1.4] Non-English welcome text

Hi Lenya devs,

ATM, the default publication welcome text reads a bit strange
in everything but English:


  Willkommen zur Default-Publikation von the Lenya community!


Maybe we could use a subtitle, like

  Willkommen zur Default-Publikation
  Präsentiert von: The Lenya Community


Any ideas are welcome :)
