Ross Laidlaw resolved CLIMATE-340.

    Resolution: Fixed

This task is now complete.  A big thanks to [~kwhitehall], [~ploikith], [~huikyole] and [~mjoyce] for all your help and advice.  Several metrics have been ported over to ocw/metrics.py and others were discussed and found not to be useful at this stage.
