Time (PST) 20 Central Europe to discuss JDO TCK issues and status.

[Feb 02 2022] AI Craig file a JIRA with infra to change reply-to 
notifications @ db.apache.org
[Jan 27 2022] AI Craig update the instructions in the 3.2  branch and 
create a new PR for the changes. This will include putting the proposed 
release into the dev directory before the vote.
[Dec 09 2021] AI Craig: Try to contact all current/former participants 
in JDO development and see if and how they want to be recognized on the

Thanks to Tobias most of the work has been done via git filter repo.
AI Craig: remove the existing README.odt

Need to add LICENSE with Oracle license terms. 
Need to add links to the new specification git repo on the source-code.html and specifications.html
Need to add clickable links to the source github repos; keep the references to gitbox
Need to update home page footer for latest javadocs
Need to update specifications.html to add links to new repository and restore the 3.1 specification and remove 3.1-rc1.
