AXIS BR -1362 - Unable to Serialise List

Hi,
 
Has anyone got an Idea how this bug (# Axis - 1362) is going ? Is there a
workaround to get java.util.list working in Axis 1.2 (previously it worked
fine in Axis 1.1 and Axis 1.0). Ther error I see now when serialising a list
is;
