   ## Motivation
   
   Currently, delete operation is very slow. Each operation may cost 10 seconds or even more.
   This is because delete operation is still under the old Loading framework, which is implemented by Submit-Poll-Finish pattern. And the polling interval is too long for a delete operation. The implement in Backend of delete operation is also very old and redundant.
   
   So, I decide to rewrite the delete operation processing, unifying it to the streaming load framework(Because delete is just a special load operation)
