Configuration Help

I'm trying to get Tomcat to work on my NT4.0 server and have run into a
problem.  I think I have everything setup correctly, but I can't get the
helloworld.html servlet to appear.  Here is the output of my isapi.log file
for the call.

It looks like it's not opening a socket connection.  Where should I starting
into this problem?
