RE: [Vote] Preparing the move to the portals project

Ok, so far it seems that we all prefer Jira.

The open question is CVS or SVN. The votes are:

For SVN:
+0     Nick
+1     Carsten, Raphael,
-0     David H. DeWolf
Holding vote David Sean Taylor

So, if noone steps up in the next days and votes -1 for SVN,
I think we should go SVN.
