[classlib][awt]Fonts related tests missed

Hi, all!

I found there are no tests for the fonts related classes at all.
I've raised issue HARMONY-1530 [1] for that and prepared patch.
In the patch there are a basic number of common and windows specific tests
that can be extended in the future.
Could someone look into this issue?
