Please Help

Good day,

I would like to know how to download the setup file of subversion using 
windows as the platform. Please help because I was not able to get the 
setup file but I got a whole lot of different things.

Then look for the file named svn-1.4.2-setup.exe (posted a couple of  
days ago).
