Build an WAR -File

Hello
i have downloaded todays cvs-sources,
now i want to build the cocoon.war

i tried this:

./build.sh -Dinclude.webapp.libs=true
	   -Dinclude.scratchpad.libs=true webapp

but no war in    ./build/cocoon-2.1m3-dev
and also not in  ./build/webapp 


and i tried

./build.sh  webapp

like the website suggested me ...
and also there is no war-File ...

something forgotten ? or wrong ?
