Vote to elevate Elias Ross to Log4j committer status
This is a vote to decide whether to elevate Elias Ross to committer status.
Only votes by current Log4j committers are binding. We'll keep the vote open
for a couple days to make sure people get a chance to vote (Yoav, please let me
know if I'm forgetting some rule or formality).
[+1] - support
[+0] - no opinion
[-1] - don't support
I'll start by giving my +1

His CLA is on file since it was executed to accept the concurrent
appender contribution.

I'm really looking forward to Elias' work on concurrency problems
with log4j, as we're increasingly getting bitten by this here at Aconex.
Jake, thanks for starting the vote.

Hi,
+1 to Elias as a committer.
Jake, don't worry about formalities ;) The only minor thing I would
have done is put [VOTE] at the beginning of the subject line, as
that's somewhat of a tradition. But it's not important enough to
start a new thread or change the topic of this one. When this vote is
done (at least 72 hours from now), please post the results in a new
thread whose subject is like [VOTE][RESULT] Elias Ross as a committer.
