feedback, we can get the ball rolling next week (Please sign up for general@ws.apache.org mailing
list, by sending an email to general-subscribe@ws.apache.org). 

Please note that there is significant overlap between XML and WS. The intention is to get the
projects started, so that the components can be used in the short-term by WS projects and then the
active committers can determine the eventual destination of each of these components/projects.
