Original error message in English is as next.
ALTER TABLE '<varname><tableName></varname>' specified attributes for column '<varname><columnName></varname>' that are not compatible with the existing column.
Japanese translated error message is written as if attribute of ALTER TABLE object is imcompatible.
it is needed to write clearly that attribute of column is imcompatible.
