   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   
   Please enable GitHub Discussions for this repository. 
   There seems to be no way for this community to ask for help or other non-code related questions. 
   The mailing list seems to be a bit rusty and so does the stackoverflow tag for echarts. 
   
   I am pretty sure there are many questions every day and many users don't know where to seek for help.
   This would also create a nice knowledge database for common issues.
