Re: [VOTE] Release ace version 0.8.1-incubator subprojects

This is no issue at all - we're currently working with the staging
repository. Once all of these artifacts are released, the parent pom
is released as well, so people downloading the full release can build
without problems with m3 as in this case the parent pom is downloaded
from the central repo.
