   I'm getting the exact same error and call stack with an older Ionic/Cordova app, and a newer Cordova wrapped progressive web app . For me it crashes when I tap **any special key** (command, option control, shift, caps lock) while a text field is active. 
   
   A coworker of mine has no problem with the same project and the same version of MacOS, Xcode and Simulator. The most obvious differences is that he has a fairly new Macbook Pro with a touchbar whereas my Macbook Pro is 5 years old. It's possible it could be some software I have installed or cruft leftover from Xcode or system updates over the years.
   
   This crash does not happen with any native apps and it does not happen in the Simulator for iOS versions 13.3 and older (only with iOS 13.4 and now 13.4.1).
