   1. Please describe the feature you are requesting.
   currently, in the Dockerfile, we have to manually set the public Key, would like to make it automatic. 
   
   2. Indicate the importance of this issue to you (blocker, must-have, should-have, nice-to-have). Are you currently using any workarounds to address this issue?

   3. Provide any additional detail on your proposed use case for this feature.
   currently, in the Dockerfile, we have to manually set the public Key, it is not very friendly when bump the version of binary files, e.g. from bk 4.4.0 to 4.5.0, we will have to set the public Key for bin-4.4.0.tgz and bin-4.5.0.tgz individually.
