No -S switch for httpd
Summary: No -S switch for httpd
Product: Apache httpd-2.0
Version: HEAD
Platform: All
URL: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/vhosts/
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: Documentation
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: robertlaferla@attbi.com
There is no -S switch for httpd. I think it is "-t -D DUMP_VHOSTS" but someone
should verify that it has the same functionality.
So, the following is incorrect in the documentation:
>>> If you are trying to debug your virtual host configuration, you may find
>>> the Apache -S command line switch useful. That is, type the following
>>> command:
>>>
>>> /usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -S
