ServerHit Error

Hi,

Has anyone ever looked into the ServerHit Error that seem to appear
fairly frequently.

It looks roughly like this...

[java] ERROR 23503: INSERT on table 'SERVER_HIT' caused a violation
of foreign key constraint 'SERVER_HIT_VISIT' for key (10004). The
statement has been rolled back.

I'm sure you've seen the rest, so I'll spare everyone the full stack
trace.

What it the cause of this?

Chances are quite a few people missed this as I think I just dropped
it at the bottom of a related thread, but we are planning to get
another server setup to run Jira with this old data in place. It
won't be on a big box or a big internet connection and we probably
won't make it available publicly, but it will still be somewhere.... ;)
