   Changed the install hook to source from the tree. Subsequent upgrades will copy from previous revisions
   
   Updated the documentation files
   
   ## Testing recommendations
   
   Built couchdb snap locally and tested fresh installation

   Makes enhancements to previous PR #37
   
   ## Checklist
