Unfortunately, [~moresandeep] added 2 occurrences of these unused configurations back in {{gateway-provider-ha/src/test/java/org/apache/knox/gateway/ha/provider/impl/HaDescriptorFactoryTest.java}} while he was working on KNOX-843
