Conditional Compile Includes and more...

Jason,

I made it so that commons-util/src/util is conditional. Now, Turbine has a
dependency on the files in that package being there.

Say that you compile it and include it into Turbine. If it isn't included,
then Turbine's compile will fail and it won't be entirely obvious right away
why it failed.

How do you plan on solving this problem in the future?

Also, you say that Turbine itself is now really small, but in reality it now
depends on a bazillion .jar files in many different CVS trees being around
(and seemingly growing all the time)...how is that a good thing?
