axis2-webapp <= 1.5 disappeared from mvn repo

Hi guys,

I'm in progress of releasing a maintenance version of Apache ODE,
which still depends on axis2-webapp 1.3. This appears to be removed
from apache's maven repository, thus our builds fail on systems that
don't have a local copy of this war. Is there a specific reason for
the removal? Would it be possible to upload it to
repository.apache.org and push it to public maven repos again?
