Be warned that the ISO two letter country abbreviations don't coincide
with the two letter TLDs, if you are intending to use this list in
scripts.

E.g. GB is the official abbreviation for the UK, but the only thing
under .gb is dra.hmg.gb (which is the same as dera.gov.uk). You're
also missing things like je (Jersey), gg (Guernsey), im (Isle of Man),
etc. (sorry, my knowledge of odd domains doesn't extend beyond the
British Isles...)
