test script used to downloads spark packages from http://www.us.apache.org/dist/spark (mirror of http://www.apache.org/dist/spark/) to run standalone cluster.

However, 1.1.x and 1.2.x releases are removed from http://www.apache.org/dist/spark/ and which cause CI test failure.
