Thank you very much for your comment on issue 1412, solomax. Unfortunately, after installing trunk, the test setup window still does not work as expected. I tried it on different computers and the window was too small (see attached screenshot). I am able to select the webcam and microphone, but when I try to change the size of the window, the rest of it stays grey and I also don't see any button to start the conference.
