Maven SCM plugin 1.4 released

The maven team is pleased to announce the Maven Source Control Management 
Plug-in 1.4 release!

A plugin for SCM tasks, currently CVS. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o Add minimal support for SVN to allow cruisecontrol plugin to work 
o Add scm:cvs-tag-project goal  

To automatically install the plugin, type the following on a single line:

maven plugin:download 
  -DgroupId=maven 
  -DartifactId=maven-scm-plugin
  -Dversion=1.4
