[Bug 55426] Apache closes connection before sending webdav html

I've been able to reproduce this problem and it's caused by this commit:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/httpd/httpd/trunk/modules/dav/main/mod_dav.c?r1=332306&r2=377292&diff_format=h
Reverting this commit fixes this bug.
