Yesterday, Aaron, Andy, and I started throwing around some ideas about adding 
in storage management.  I created a page that lists the different use cases 
we came up with that will need to be addressed when designing a way to handle 
storage.  The list is split in two parts: system storage and user storage.  
Consider the list to be a starting point for discussion.  If you have other 
use cases that need to be addressed, please bring them up.  If one of the 
items in the list does not make sense, please ask for clarification.

Don't be shy in responding.  Even if you've just joined this list, it's useful 
for you to be involved in discussion.  We need to develop more community 
involvement; so, the more discussion, the better.
