inlong使用

你好！下载了一个inlong1.3版本的，但是查看手册好像是旧的。
已经安装了个docker版本，可能初次接触吧，不会使。总是报以下错误：2022-10-31 07:58:56 ~ 2022-10-31 07:58:56 [QueueResourceListener] event: [COMPLETE], executed [failed], remark: [null], exception: [cluster not found by tag=cluser_tag1, name=null, type=PULSAR]
