I don't know what the issue could be
I have tried and it works for me, did you ensure the 'Include timer duration
in generated sample' is checked? in the Transaction controllers control
panel (and 'Generate parent sample' is also checked?)
If so I'm afraid I do not know, maybe someone else may have an insight to
your issue
