The [SINGA wiki space in confluence|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SINGA/Home] is available now.

We may start moving the internal development pages from the main web site and github to the wiki.

Pages that we may move are:
 * [How to release|http://singa.apache.org/en/develop/how-to-release.html].
 * [Development Schedule|http://singa.apache.org/en/develop/schedule.html].
 * [Maturity Assessment|https://github.com/apache/incubator-singa/pull/427].
 * Graduation Resolution (WIP).
