`(?<!throw )Throwables.propagate\(` regex gives 39 places in the Druid source code. See https://github.com/google/guava/wiki/Why-we-deprecated-Throwables.propagate#propagate-is-magic. Solution: refactor the code to not use Throwables.propagate().
