Jsp file throws ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in MsgBuffer.appen dBytes

I saw the same problem has been reported. See thread "Large JSP Files (8k+)
Yield Buffer Overflow & Lots of Errors". Has this been fixed?
I ran into the same problem using 3.2b6.
