   Yes. 
   
   > How is it defined in RocketMQ?
   MessageQueue is defined as a  3-tuple like *(topic, broker, queueId)*. Notice that *queueId* is a number in the broker scoped.
   
   > Does RocketMQ support both partition-level consumer and stream-level consumer models?
   Yes.
