Help needed with SearchMethod

Can anyone provide an example showing how to use this class?  The documentation really doesn't help and there are no examples in the Slide distribution.  I'm attempting to formulate a search against MS Exchange 2000 - i.e. search for all items in the Calendar folder within a date range.
