In order to utilize the existing DeleteFilter implementation of Iceberg we'll need to provide a row iterator that iterates through the rows of a VectorizedRowBatch instance.
This can be used during a read with positional deletes, but it will be especially required for implementing equality deletes.
A HiveRow concept needs to be created along with a converter class that provides row data information that's usable as an Iceberg Record.
