[PATCH] updated test README and more tests contributed

Hi, with revision 124918 more tests are added.
This has been tested on Win2000 with jdk142, accessing the classes from 
a classes directory as well as from the jars.

The following suites were added: jdbcapi, jdk14, jdbc20
In addition, more tests were added to the derbylang, storeall, and 
derbytools suites.
For details about the suites see the updated README.htm - attached.
