Currently, Subsystems has a dependency on the new OSGi VersionRange class introduced by RFC 175. Although an implementation of this class exists at OSGi, there are no publicly available distributions of framework implementations that contain it.

Resolution: Fixed
Removed dependency on org.osgi.framework.VersionRange. Replaced with org.apache.aries.util.VersionRange.
