codova-tizen repository update

hi folks,

Although everything seems now to turn around Cordova 3.0...

I am still continuing to add support for TIZEN based on using version 2.9
of Cordova
providing support for TIZEN SDK 2.2.

I updated codova-tizen repository with all stuff  needed to run on TIZEN
SDK 2.2
