[I] [CH] Incompatible JDK is used for Gluten Spark 3.5 build with iceberg enabled [incubator-gluten]

### Problem description
CH CI job on ARM failed. Due to the iceberg version is upgraded for Spark 3.5, JDK 11 or higher should be used.
This job is triggered by probability. So the failure is not always reported in PR validation.

Please use comment `Run Gluten Clickhouse CI on x86` to run CI with the x86 again, now the CH backend + ARM can not support JDK11+.
