MachineName paramter count correction

           Summary: MachineName paramter count correction
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 1.9RC1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tjsb@slb.com

MachineName used to expect two parameters - it now needs only 1, but throws an
error if less than two are supplied. As the Function Helper only shows a
single parameter for the function, this is a bit confusing for the user!

The patch to follow fixes this, and adds an explanation to the
InvalidVariableException.
